Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
All orders ship from our warehouse in Florida via USPS.
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days after your order ships.
- Orders over $115: Free shipping.
- Orders under $115: Shipping is calculated at checkout (typically around $15).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Have a surgery date?
We recommend placing your order at least 10 days before your procedure so your faja arrives with time to spare. If your surgery is coming up sooner, email us at FajastecLLC@outlook.com before ordering and we'll let you know if we can get it to you in time.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states.
Holiday shipping
During Thanksgiving, Black Friday and the Christmas season, carriers may experience delays of 1–3 business days. We'll post our holiday order-by dates on this page.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at FajastecLLC@outlook.com and we'll help you resolve it.
