You may exchange unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for store credit. Please email exchanges@fajastec.com for all exchange inquires.

We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.

Returns will be subject to a $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned no exchanged.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. For all returns/refund inquires please email returns@fajastec.com

Return labels are not provided, we do not pay for returning the item to us , however we do pay for shipping the item from us back to the the sender.

There will be a $35.00 or 30% (which ever is less) Restocking fee for items returned for refund.

Returns are subject to quality approval by our returns department. Please take extra care to inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements:

• Unworn
• Unused
• Unstained
• Free of hair and odors
• No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
• Original Packaging
• Sewn in tags attached
• Not bent in half to ship back
• Within 30 days of purchase

• Once your return is received, please allow 3-7 days for our returns department to process and inspect your return
• If you chose an exchange, your exchange order will be sent out
• If you chose a return for refund, your refund receipt will be emailed from refund@fajastec.com, please allow 5-10 business days for refund to reflect on your bank statement

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been created, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location (since shipping fees are free at checkout shipping fees for all returns/exchanges are responsibility of the customer).
